cygwin ssh server
ssh localhost
gets connection refused
ssh-host-config
privilege separation = no "nah, don't need it right now."
ssh as service = yes
CYGWIN=ntsec tty
'net start sshd' or 'cygrunsrv -S sshd'
ssh locahost
works now.
