mysql grant

shell> mysql --user=root keystone

mysql> GRANT
SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE,INDEX,ALTER,CREATE,DROP,RELOAD,SHUTDOWN,PROCESS,
FILE,
ON keystone.*
TO <$sys_dbuser name>@localhost
IDENTIFIED BY '(password)'
WITH GRANT OPTION;

OR

mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVELEGES
ON keystone.*
TO <$sys_dbuser name>@localhost
IDENTIFIED BY '(password)'
WITH GRANT OPTION;
